We offer abrasive solutions for Farros Blatter machines. We manufacture wheels in standard Diameter & thickness. We can also Tailor Make products to suit the customer requirements. These wheels are made with high quality Brown Fused Alumina, Roasted Brown Fused Alumina, White Aluminum oxide & Zircon. The Abrasive Selection depends upon the application. If the application is on Steel, we offer products in tough Brown Fused Alumina. In case the application is for grinding on Stainless Steel, White Aluminum Oxide & Zirconia, keeping in mind that stainless steel jobs normally require iron free abrasives.
We manufacture these wheels in different Grades & Structures to suit the Grinding Ratio & the Cutting Rate Preference of the customers and to ensure effective Grinding Efficiency. These wheel are also prepared in 'S' Face & 'F' Face. 'S' Face is typically used in Edge preparation while 'F' Face wheels can be used for Seam Weld Removal.
